This year’s menu includes a Coquito inspired latte, a peppermint mocha with house-made chocolate sauce, a brown butter bourbon latte, and a blackberry vanilla cardamom matcha. The intention behind each beverage creates consistency, customer excitement, and strong repeat traffic.
Keeping the Team Motivated and Connected
With two cafés, a roastery, wholesale operations, and an events program, Sound Coffee must keep many moving parts aligned during the holidays. Jeff uses a weekly internal newsletter called Sound Blast to keep communication consistent.

Unifying the Brand With Dripos
One of Sound Coffee’s biggest milestones this year was taking over its second café. The space had been home to a beloved neighborhood shop for more than thirteen years, which meant stepping into a strong legacy.
During this transition, Sound Coffee launched Dripos across the entire brand. This created a unified ordering experience, helped streamline training, and ensured consistent menu presentation across both locations.
“It added another layer of work but ultimately helped us operate with clarity.”
